Allan is an influential leader with his peers: he ran the school Service Council, organising many initiatives including book drives, anti-bullying campaigns, and green events such as a ‘Reduce, Reuse, Recycle’ campaign. He also uses his Beacon leadership experience to mentor younger members of the track team in team dynamics and leadership skills.

Allan remains passionately committed to his work with the Golden Summer Family charity that he co-founded – a teenage youth programme that organises community service projects in his community.

In Beacon Workshops, Allan is a reliable, accountable group leader who is skilled at keeping his team on track and on task.
